this Agreement and any disputes arising in connection with it,
regardless of conflict of laws principles. Any claim or dispute
between you and Cityspoon.com that arises out of or relates to
this Agreement shall be decided exclusively by a court of
competent jurisdiction located in the State of Nevada.
